We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on most items within the United States. Free shipping will be automatically applied to eligible orders during checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Please note that custom or personalized items and products shipped from print on demand (POD) services may require additional processing time. We will notify you via email if there are any delays with your order.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
4. Shipping Costs
For items that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
5. Print on Demand (POD) Products
Some of our products are fulfilled by print on demand services. These items may have longer processing times than other products in our store. We appreciate your patience as our partners work to fulfill these orders promptly.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping services to international destinations in the future.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
8. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
