At Effing Cre8tive, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our customized products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that there may be situations where exchanges or store credit are necessary. Please review our policy below for more details.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products purchased on our website due to the customization and personalization involved in our design process.

2. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or another item of equal value. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at effingcre8tive@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include photos of the defective or incorrect item if applicable.

  2. Approval: Once we approve your exchange request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Return the Item: Send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging at your cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  4. Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you the replacement item or issue store credit if the item is no longer available.

 

3. Store Credit

If you prefer store credit instead of an exchange, or if the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price of the item. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange or store credit, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Custom items that were created according to your specifications and approved design

 

5. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning items for an exchange will be the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
